During the month of June, there was this little occasion which has become a part of my life for the past six years which is called Father’s Day. Now, I can smell a manufactured holiday as far away as the next fella, but when you’re six years old, it’s kind of difficult to see through that. So you come up with stuff like this marvelous portrait which I was absolutely stunned to see. Only my son could pull tears from my eyes so bloody easily. It’s not without a swelling of pride that I post a picture of what Mathias did for me on Father’s Day for you to see, because I’m both touched and impressed with it.
During my few moments of relaxation over the past thirty days, I came across a comic over on Keeenspace called Cringe Comics, which I think you silly sods should all head over to right away and read. It’s a really fun and weird comic, and my assessment is if you like Gluemeat, you’ll like this one too. Especially when you consider there are giant yellow beasts walking around with their genitalia exposed.
And now, fun with AIM:
mokonoswallow: i like mogwai
urapicky: A gal I know is a big fan of theirs, wanted me to give them a listen but instead I found Pia Fraus, an estonian Shoegazer band, and obsessed over them for awhile,.
mokonoswallow: ha estonia
mokonoswallow: that doesn’t even exist
mokonoswallow: it’s like that country in Wag The Dog
urapicky: They should get a real name.
mokonoswallow: yeah like KICKAVANIA
See you on Friday!
