Boxpin Returns (Part 2)
So here we, TN and Lauragorn stand, gluemeaties; our last week before Yorke breaks free of his chains and boots us out of his seat of power. We hope to present you with something daring this week, something chilling, and something revealing about the untold nature of the Boxjam/Case Yorke feud, and maybe even the state of Webcomicitry itself…
And before I forget, the answer to Friday’s riddle: What weighs six ounces, sits in a tree, and is very dangerous ?
Why, a sparrow with a machine gun, of course!
Sodabeast wins the best prize of them all. Our quiet respect and distant admiration.
Can’t wait for the “Ka-pows” and “bams” from the creped crude aider and the boy blunder.
*WHY* did punches go “ZAP”? Could someone *PLEASE* explain to me why on the 60’s batman show the punches went “ZAP!”
I mean really, ZAP? Of all things, why ZAP?
This has been bugging me for years >.
because there was an onomatopeia shortage.
Zap was the only other thing that they could afford in the budget.
Ah yes, the great onomatopeia famine of ‘62, I remember it well…
Uhm… through osmosis. It’d help were I that old, but osmosis works.
Terrible things happening during that famine… all the meow crops dried up, the bonks were withering… oh the horror, the kerpow weeds were everywheres!
It was enough to drive one mad. MAD! *Insert diabolical laughter here, plzkthxn00bcake*
and MAN…to get a fricking gram of SPLASH, you have no idea what kind of money I had to pay…but must…have…that…..SPLASH
you guys spelt onomatopoeia wrong.
