The Christmas Holiday Humdrum 3.5 (Part 10)
Friday, December 31st, 2004
There you have it, ladies and gentlemen! The final chapter in this epic ten-part edition of the Gluemeat Christmas Holiday Humdrum, the last comic of 2004, and a conclusion which will probably tick a few of you off. After all, I hit the reset button as cheaply as a Bobby-Ewing-in-the-shower scene. I’ll admit it, it’s cheap, but I like it. And you have to admit, it’s in perfect Gluemeat style, too. But, please, go ahead and comment it, let me know what you think.
I hope you’re all having a good time with the Holidays. I know I am, despite the arm killing me. I don’t like these new painkillers I’ve been prescribed; they make me too sleepy. Hopefully, I’ll be able to stay up long enough to enjoy New Year’s Eve. Otherwise, Christmas was a lot of fun, with good times, good gifts, and lots of food. Speaking of gifts, my girlfriend totally surprised me by giving me the Pee-Wee’s Playhouse seasons one and two DVD box set. It sure was nice to be able to watch the unrelenting silliness of a show which has yet to be equalled by anything done since. I actually talk about it more in the weblog.
So folks, I hope you get to put behind you more good memories than bad events tonight as we toss 2004 into the annals of man-made time management. Or, as Boxjam eloquently put it: Death To 2004!
See you in next year!
