Beat

Okay. I feel better. Much better. The reality of it all has seeped in and there’s nothing much more to say about it… for now.

Although I would like to note to you all that my boy and my girlfriend, this past weekend, whipped up a batch of delicious pumpkin cookies, as per the following snapshot:

I admit that nothing helps me get through a rough spot more than pumpkin-based foodstuff. Yum.

Indeed, fellow Gluemeaties, as you have no doubt already noticed by the banner which rests atop the main Gluemeat page, our little slice of the internet pie will be entering its fourth year of life, chiming in a full three years of existence. Now-now, it is not time yet to become misty-eyed and chest-swollen. Let’s keep the sentimentality for next Monday, as it will doubtlessly counter-balance the to-be-expected cries of rage as the new website design makes its way into our collective consciousness. I may be exaggerating a little, but I didn’t quite provide the most conventional of site designs for the next twelve months, but it is the best concoction I have come up with for the new direction I want to take Gluemeat on. Ooh, did I mention a new direction? I wonder what I mean… leaving such a cryptic statement unaddressed would be so cruel…

Have a great week everybody!

Wow, Blue is really starting to seem as if he has conscious thoughts about what’s going on around him…

He does seem to have developed some..

And since you didn’t call it,
    FIRSTIES!

Ugh. I deliberately didn’t. Please stop. It’s tiresome.

Surely ‘Firsties’ called in the second post is a hollow, hollow victory Personman.

It’s like winning gold in the speed skating because everyone else fell over.

or winning gold because you fell over by yourself and complained that someone tripped you

  6. by m:

Or winning gold because you made up the event yourself and didn’t tell anyone else about it.

Actually, I think that’s how most olympic sports start,… also how the Guiness Book works.

    Dan wins.

    Jan spins.
